Pick-Up & Delivery Service

Mark from Prime Automotive here, we are here to help! We are now offering minimal contact service solutions, so you can still have your car serviced without the worry for exposure. We want you to be able to keep your car in tip-top shape from the comfort of your home with minimal face-to-face contact. The automobile industry is considered an essential business and here is what we are doing to help:

We pick up and drop off your vehicle.
We let you know when we are on our way and when we arrive, at that point you can leave your keys right outside your door.
We disinfect your vehicle and cover the seats and steering wheel.
We are strictly following every guideline at the shop while your vehicle is with us to ensure your safety and health.
We perform a Digital Vehicle Inspection of your vehicle and you will receive this report via text as well. Our technicians will share their comprehensive findings with you. Once you view the inspection it will outline everything that needs work now, everything that looks great and everything that will need work in the near future.
We also offer a pay by phone option. Once your car is ready to be returned to your house we will call you for payment.
